Digital Downloads

How do I download my purchase?

After completing checkout, you'll receive an email with a unique download link. Click the link to download your files. The link will work for a limited number of downloads within a set time window.

What formats are available?

Digital formats vary by product and are listed on each product page. Common formats include PDF for written works and high-resolution image files for art prints.

My download link expired. What do I do?

If your download link has expired before you were able to download your files, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we'll send you a new link.

Can I share my digital files with others?

Digital purchases are for personal use only. Sharing, redistributing, or reselling downloaded files is not permitted under our license terms.

Print-on-Demand Products

How long does production take?

Print-on-demand items are made to order. Production typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on the product type. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Where do you ship?

Our print partner ships to most countries worldwide. Shipping times vary by destination. Domestic US orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days after production.

What about print quality?

We work with professional print partners who use high-quality materials and printing processes. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right.

Can I return a print-on-demand item?

Because POD items are made specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. We do replace defective or damaged items — see our Refund Policy for details.

Payments & Orders

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processor. This includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security. We never store your card details on our servers.

Can I get a receipt for my order?

A receipt is emailed to you automatically after purchase. If you need another copy, contact us with your order number.
