These Terms of Service govern your use of the Grey Street Press website and your purchase of products through our store. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Grey Street Press is the publishing imprint of Seraphina Grey, operated by JJE LLC — a space for original literary, artistic, and musical works.

ELIGIBILITY

By using this site or placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. This site is intended for adults only.

PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Grey Street Press offers two types of products:

- Digital downloads — Delivered electronically via a time-limited download link after purchase.

- Print-on-demand products — Physical items produced by our print partner and shipped directly to you.

Product availability, descriptions, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

DIGITAL CONTENT LICENSE

When you purchase a digital download from Grey Street Press, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for your own personal enjoyment.

You may not:

- Redistribute, resell, or share purchased digital files

- Use purchased content for commercial purposes without written permission

- Remove or alter any copyright notices or attribution within the files

- Use the content for machine learning, artificial intelligence training, or dataset creation

- Scrape, extract, or systematically reproduce content from this site or its materials

Digital products are provided in the formats listed on each product page. We do not guarantee compatibility with every device, software, or operating system. It is your responsibility to confirm that your device can open the file formats offered.

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable once delivered.

PAYMENTS

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the applicable amount.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes where required.

ACCOUNTS

You may create an account to access order history and downloads. When you create an account, you agree to:

- Provide accurate and current information

- Keep your password confidential and secure

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or compromise the security of the site.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Digital Downloads:

Delivered immediately after successful payment. You will receive an email with your download link.

Print-on-Demand Products:

Orders are submitted to our third-party production partner for manufacturing and shipping. Production and shipping times vary depending on product type, location, and carrier.

Certain products are fulfilled through third-party providers. While we stand behind our work, Grey Street Press is not responsible for delays, production errors, or shipping issues caused by these partners or carriers. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site — including text, images, designs, artwork, music, and literary works — is owned by Grey Street Press and Seraphina Grey, unless otherwise noted, and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
