Products & Services

Grey Street Press offers two types of products:

• Digital downloads — Delivered electronically via a time-limited download link after purchase.
• Print-on-demand products — Physical items produced by our print partner, Printify, and shipped directly to you.

Product availability, descriptions, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Digital Content License

When you purchase a digital download from Grey Street Press, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own personal enjoyment. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share purchased digital files
• Use purchased content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or attribution within the files

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the applicable amount.

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes where required.

Order Fulfillment

Digital downloads: Delivered immediately after successful payment. You will receive an email with your download link.

Print-on-demand: Orders are submitted to our print partner for production and shipping. Production times vary by product type. Shipping times depend on your location and selected shipping method.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, designs, artwork, and literary works — is the property of Grey Street Press and Seraphina Grey, or is used with permission. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Grey Street Press is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
