REFUND POLICY

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

All digital download purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

Because digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase, refunds cannot be issued once a download link has been generated.

Your download link will remain active for a limited time after purchase and may have a maximum number of downloads. If your link has expired and you have not yet accessed your files, please contact us and we will assist you.

PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS

All print-on-demand (POD) items are made to order and produced specifically for you through our third-party production partner.

Because of this, all POD products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons including, but not limited to:

- Change of mind

- Incorrect size, color, or variant selection

- Ordering errors made at checkout

Once an order has been submitted for production, it cannot be modified or canceled.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

- Your order number

- A description of the issue

- Clear photos showing the defect or damage

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, we will offer a replacement. Refunds may be issued at our discretion if a replacement is not possible.

SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

Physical products are produced and shipped through third-party partners. While we stand behind our work, Grey Street Press is not responsible for delays caused by production partners or shipping carriers.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after the carrier has marked them as delivered. If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment processor.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
