DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital downloads do not ship. After a successful purchase, you'll receive an email with a secure, time-limited download link. There is no shipping cost or delivery wait for digital products. If your link expires before you access your files, contact us at [email protected] with your order number, and we'll help.

PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS

All physical items are made to order (print-on-demand) and produced specifically for you through our third-party production partner, then shipped directly to you.

Production Time

Print-on-demand items are produced after your order is placed. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the product, before your order ships.

Shipping Time & Destinations

Our production partners ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. U.S. orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after production is complete. International delivery times vary.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination and shown before you complete your purchase.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For orders shipped outside the United States, you are the importer of record and are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country. These are not included in your order total and are collected by your local carrier or customs authority. Customs processing may also add to delivery times.

DELAYED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. While we stand behind our work, Grey Street Press is not responsible for delays caused by production partners or shipping carriers, and we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after being marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking shows a problem, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. If you need help, reach out to us at [email protected], and we'll do what we can to assist.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the issue. These situations are covered under our Refund Policy — see greystreetpress.com/refund-policy.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you about reshipping (additional shipping charges will apply).
